How does the pre-sale work?
There will be a 24h pre-sale link sent out only to White Stags via our newsletter and Facebook Group at 8:30am on Thursday 13th March. This will give White Stags a head start on getting Masterclass tickets plus, if you miss out, you’ll have another chance to secure your tickets when they go on general sale the next day.
During the pre-sale, 100% of White Stag Dinner tickets and 50% of all other event tickets will be available. If you’re not yet a member of the White Stag Community, please join here by midnight on 11th March to receive your pre-sale link on Thursday 13th March.
To ensure fairness to your fellow White Stags, we politely ask that you don’t share the pre-sale link with those who aren’t part of the community.
I have a White Stag Dinner ticket. Can I sit next to my friends?
When you buy your White Stag Dinner ticket, you’ll be asked if there are any White Stags attending that you’d like to be on your table. We’d recommend you plan this with your White Stag friends ahead of time. Please note we will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee specific seating plans.
Can I visit Lochranza Distillery before the White Stag Dinner on Friday 27th June?
To allow the team time to prepare for the White Stag Dinner and full festival weekend, Lochranza Distillery will not operate tours & tastings on Thursday 26th June (but will do takeaway teas and coffees if you’re passing through) and will be completely closed on Friday 27th June.
However, we’re pleased to say that the fantastic team at Lagg Distillery will have a range of excellent tours and tastings on offer - plus the release of their brand new Distillery Exclusive Small Batch bottle!
Do I need to bring cash?
It’s a good idea to have cash with you, but we have card machines in operation for payment at the Festival.
Can I visit Lochranza Distillery on 28th June without a Masterclass ticket?
Yes! While tickets are required for Masterclasses, you are more than welcome to join us on Saturday to soak up the atmosphere. There is also a drop-in tasting of Arran’s Core Range at 2:30pm.
How many of each ticket can I buy?
Masterclass tickets are limited to 2 per order. White Stag Dinner, Ceilidh and 30th Anniversary Celebration tickets are limited to 10 per order.
I missed out on a ticket. Can I be added to a waitlist?
We will operate an automatic Wailist via Eventbrite. Once a Masterclass has sold out, the button will change to ‘Sign up to Waitlist’, so please click this to be added. Please note that joining the waitlist only makes you eligible to receive one ticket. If you would like more than one ticket, you need to register for each ticket required.
When a ticket becomes available, waitlist members will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are offered a Waitlist ticket, you are given 24 hours to purchase this before it goes to the next person in the list.
Are you putting on buses?
We have organised bus transport for after the White Stag Dinner and ‘Saturday Ceilidh. When you purchase your tickets, you’ll be asked whether or not you require a space on the bus. This is free for the White Stag Dinner and £5 for the ceilidh.
Note we are not providing transport before any event. The Stagecoach 324 service is very convenient for getting to and from Lochranza Distillery. Click here to view the timetable.
Is there going to be a 30YO Arran Single Malt available?
Although our spirit first passed through the stills on June 29th 1995, we didn’t start filling casks until August 1995. Therefore unfortunately no, there will not be a 30YO Arran Single Malt available at the Festival this year. However, later on in the year there will be a 30YO Distillery Exclusive bottle, only available at Lochranza Distillery.
And don’t forget, we’ll have our Arran Single Malt 2025 Festival Edition and Harmony 8th Edition available to purchase on the 28th June too!
Can I buy tickets for multiple events in one transaction?
Unfortunately you are unable to add tickets for multiple events to a 'basket' and check-out in one transaction. This is a limitation of Eventbrite that we don't have control over. We recommend trying to get tickets for your most desired event first before moving onto the next.
How do I cancel a ticket?
To cancel a ticket, please go to your Eventbrite ticket confirmation email and click ‘View and manage your order online’. This will allow the system to send your cancelled ticket to the waiting list.
Can I transfer a ticket to someone else?
To transfer a ticket, please go to your Eventbrite ticket confirmation email and click ‘View and manage your order online’. Click 'edit', change the details of the attendee, tick 'Send confirmation to new attendee' and then Save.
