Le Peach Single Malt Cocktail
A creamy and fruity aperitif-style cocktail in which the rounded, zesty and light aspects of the Arran 10 Years Old make an ideal platform for the dry herbal notes of the vermouth and the sweetness of the peach liquor.
Ingredients
40 ml Arran 10 Years Old
20 ml Dry Vermouth
20 ml Peach Liquor
10 ml Agave or Simple Syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir all ingredients over ice.

Strain in a prechilled glass.

Garnish with lemon zest.
