Over the past few weeks our sales team have been very busy welcoming some of our overseas distributors and their teams to the island.  Our French distributor La Maison du Whisky visited this week with a wonderful group of journalists, who were treated to a tasting in our warehouses with James and our Sales Manager Lucie.  They also made a visit to the new site at Lagg and saw first hand the great progress which has taken place there over the past couple of months. They were delighted to the fields of Arran barely growing at the Lagg site, some of which is already being used in current production in Lochranza.

Sales Manager Andy also welcomed a group from our distributor in the Baltic States, and also a group from one of our Austrian shop owners all who enjoyed wonderful weather for their trip.  The group from the Baltics visited Machrie Moor and Lochranza Castle, taking  in two sights that inspired our Lochranza Reserve and Machrie Moor bottlings. Our Austrian guests enjoyed some time with Andy discovering the purity of our water source, and production secrets in the warehouse with James. They also enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of Val and Rino in The Stag's Pavilion Restaurant in Lochranza.

Also visiting us this week was the Boda Bar group from Edinburgh, who visited us alongside Grant and Kat from our UK distributor Indie Brands. They spent time in our warehouses and in Rowan House with Master Distiller James and Sales Manager Louisa, and enjoyed a complete tour and tasting.

It is always an enormous pleasure for us to welcome our distributors and their guests, and we look forward to seeing many more as the year goes on.
