An Arran elopment!

We have said before that visitors to the Isle of Arran tend to fall under its magical spell. The island has a charm about it and many of our Arran Whisky friends worldwide hold fantatic memories of their time spent on the island.

This lovely young Scottish couple came and visited us last year when they had just got engaged.   Little did we know that the next year they would elope to Arran, get married in the Bavarian summer house at Brodick Castle, then make their way all the way back round to Lochranza to visit us again dressed in their wedding finery. They entered the distillery to a standing ovation and brought tears of joy to many eyes. Everyone here fell in love with them as they did with Arran and we would all like to wish them both love, luck and happiness for their future together.  Being part of the precious memories of our visitors is a privilege that we enjoy every day, and we will never take for granted!
