Jim Douglas – A Celebration      

It is with much sadness that we report the loss of one of our tour guides, Jim Douglas, who passed away earlier this month. Jim joined the Lochranza Distillery Visitor Centre on 1^st March 2016 and over the past four years he educated, informed, inspired and entertained visitors from across the globe with his tours and tastings. Jim always had a kind word for everyone and went out of his way to ensure all visitors felt welcome and appreciated. His passion for the Isle of Arran and our whisky was clear to all but Jim was also a dedicated family man and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time. Thank you for the memories Jim, you will always be loved and remembered by your Distillery family.
