Last Order dates for Christmas and New Year

United Kingdom

The last order date which will safely allow receipt of your package is Sunday 15th December.

Outside the United Kingdom

The last order date which will safely allow receipt of your package for countries outside the UK is Sunday 8th December.

Please be aware that dispatch from the island can be hampered by situations outside of our control such as weather and ferry transport.

For non United Kingdom customers please keep in mind that the Customs Services in your country are likely to be very busy.   When an item enters customs there is no tracking possible and we are unable to confirm how long an item may take to progress through Customs.

Mail Order will be closed from Friday December 20, 2024 through to Tuesday 31st when we will clear all orders placed up to and including Monday 3oth.  During this time it will still be possible to place orders through our web site.

The web shop will be closed from Wednesday January 1st, 2025 through to Tuesday 14th January to support stock taking and movement of the web shop to another server.  During this time it will still be possible to place orders through our web site except on Monday 13th January 2025 when the web site will be 'down'.   Any orders placed from January 1 will be completed after January 14th, 2025.
